International Orders

We now ship internationally to Europe and Eire (£16.99) as well as to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man (£5.99).

All international orders are sent by Royal Mail and need to be signed for on delivery. Tracking is available on request for international deliveries.

Please note that for international orders we can only accept payment by credit card or PayPal. We do not accept returns on international orders unless the items ordered are faulty.

All international orders are insured for the sum of and up to £200. If your order is more than £200 we will still ship the delivery but the maximum compensation the Royal Mail will pay is £200 in the event of a claim. If your order is over £200 we advise that you split your order to ensure all deliveries are fully insured.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

Currently, VAT is charged on all orders at 15%. If you are a EU business and VAT registered in your country, you should be able to claim VAT back in the normal manner.
