Where's My Order?

You can view details of any orders placed on your account at any time via the ‘My Orders’ section of My Account.

For each order you can view what you ordered, the delivery address of each item, your payment details and whether your products have been dispatched or are still on order. The status of your order is summarised as:

  • Open / Processed - Your order has been received and your products are awaiting despatch
  • Despatched - Your order has been despatched and will be delivered soon.

Despatched Orders

We use UK Mail or Royal Mail to deliver our orders. Your order confirmation contain details of which delivery method has been used to send your order.

UK Mail Deliveries

If you want to track your order or have a query about the delivery itself, please call the UK Mail depot closest to your address. Royal Mail Deliveries

All Royal Mail orders are sent First Class Recorded and are not trackable. If you have a query about your order, please email us at info@litebulbs.co.uk. Please include your order number in all email correspondence.

International Orders

These orders are despatched by Royal Mail. If you have a query about your order, please email us at info@litebulbs.co.uk. Please include your order number in all email correspondence.
